Sara Smith: Friends and Family Weekend Reception
On Friday, October 17, from 5-7 PM, we will celebrate Sara Smith’s exhibition Sugar Maple Glacial Lake Station with friends, family, and neighbors—we hope that you will join us!
This free reception will be a casual event with brief remarks at 5:30 PM.

Evening Gallery Hours with Artist Sara Smith
Join us for extended open hours on Thursday, September 25, from 5–7 PM.
Artist Sara Smith F90 will be in the gallery/station for informal conversation—drop in anytime to view the exhibition, talk with the artist, and learn more about Smith's larger multimedia project Inside the Breath (In Network Time).

We'll walk through the exhibition, chat about its themes, and take time to ask questions about the artworks and Gallery. We will also have some cider, donuts, and CEL-1 credit for Hampshire Students!

Friends & Family Weekend with the Gallery
This Friends and Family Weekend, stop by the Gallery to participate in a communal weaving project with recycled and reclaimed materials using a loom from the artist's studio. The Gallery Director will also lead guided tours at the top of the hour, offering insight into Smith’s artistic process and Hampshire's Gallery program.

Student Info Session: SPRING 2025 Div III Gallery Exhibitions
Are you hoping to exhibit work in the Hampshire College Art Gallery as a key part of your Div III project?
On Thursday, September 26, at 5:30 PM in the Arts Barn, there will be a mandatory meeting for all Division III students graduating in the SPRING of 2025 and intending to present work in the Gallery.
